By creating an account or using RetentionAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
RetentionAI provides an AI-powered analytics platform that helps organizations predict and prevent employee turnover through data analysis, insights, and recommendations. Our services include:
- Predictive analytics for employee retention
- Risk assessment and early warning systems
- Personalized intervention recommendations
- HR dashboard and reporting tools
- Integration with existing HR systems
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Our current subscription plans and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
4.3 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel.
5. Use of Service
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use RetentionAI solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the service only for your organization's internal business purposes.
5.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the service to discriminate against employees
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to RetentionAI. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide our services to you.
6.2 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.3 Data Processing
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
RetentionAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RetentionAI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- By you: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- By us: If you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
Important: RetentionAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our predictions or recommendations will prevent employee turnover or achieve specific results.
9.1 No Warranties
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetentionAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RetentionAI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RetentionAI regarding the use of our service.
